Where can I ship my order to?

Available shipping nationwide to 45 states.
Unfortunately we CANNOT ship to AK, HI, MI, SD, TN, UT

Someone 21+ must be there to sign for the product when it arrives, so please make sure you are home or you are sending it somewhere with an adult around like an office or to your doorman.

*Please note we CAN NOT ship to a PO Box or a Military base

Please be sure to enter the correct zip code (when prompted in the cart page, prior to entering your shipping address). Incorrect shipping zip codes entered at checkout may cause delay in shipping. Please note that LiquidRails is not responsible for transit delays caused by incorrect shipment information.

You will get an email upon order confirmation, order prep, shipment and delivery. If you do not receive an email please check spam and verify your email is not mistyped

What are your standard delivery charges?

Shipping is flat rate $19.99 per box ordered.  If you have multiple addresses that you want to ship to they will need to be separate orders.  Discounts on shipping are offered with different brands that we work with (i.e. Military discount, new customer, order thresholds).

How long does the product take to arrive?

We will email you a notification once your order is out for delivery. Depending on your shipping address, your order will arrive within 1-10 days.

Do I need to be 21 years or over?

Yes, we take that very seriously. To order, you must be 21+.  You must present a valid form of ID showing that you are 21+ for your order to be released upon delivery.
